a. DC Motor
Advantage: DC motors have superior speed regulation. For example, the DC motors of some high-end juicers can achieve multi-stage speed regulation, which can flexibly adjust the speed according to the texture of different fruits and vegetables, such as soft strawberries, blueberries and hard apples, carrots, etc. When juicing soft fruits and vegetables, it can adjust the speed according to the texture of the fruits and vegetables. When squeezing soft fruits and vegetables, you can use a lower speed to avoid breaking the pulp too finely; when squeezing hard fruits and vegetables, increase the speed appropriately to ensure efficient juicing. Moreover, the DC motor is quieter and less noisy, providing a comfortable environment for users.
Disadvantages: Usually the price is relatively high because of its high technical content and manufacturing cost.
Scenario: Suitable for users who have high requirements on the quality and experience of juicing, especially those who often juice many different textures of fruits and vegetables, and are sensitive to noise.
Note: DC motors are divided into: brushed DC and brushless DC motors, both performance and price are very different, need to be determined according to the factory's own needs. Brushed DC motor, shorter life, but cost-effective; brushless DC motor, high efficiency, long life, of course, expensive. b. AC Induction Motor
Advantages: AC motor cost is low, simple structure, good stability. For the limited budget, and mainly used for juicing common texture fruits and vegetables (such as oranges, watermelon, etc.) is an affordable choice for users.
Disadvantages: poor speed regulation performance, relatively fixed speed, may not be flexible enough when dealing with special texture fruits and vegetables.
Applicable scenarios: If you don't have high requirements for juicing function, and only use the juicer occasionally to extract common soft fruits and vegetables, the AC motor juicer can meet the basic needs.
Remarks: AC induction motor, poor speed regulation, but the price is quite high, the power can be done 300w or more, usually used for commercial juicer or fruit shop slow juicer, etc., has a large torque, suitable for continuous work.
2. Motor Power
Power range: general household juicer motor power between 100W - 300W.
Effect of power magnitude:

3. Motor Material

Pure copper has good electrical and thermal conductivity, its resistance is small, and it generates less heat during the working process, which can not only reduce energy loss, improve the work efficiency of the motor, but also prolong the service life of the motor. 4. Motor Speed
Speed range: The motor speed of household juicer is generally 40 - 80 rpm.
